Please note that all paper presenters at the conference are required to join the International Association for World Englishes (IAWE). This will cost US$75/US$40(students), and is payable through the IAWE website at the following address: http://www.iaweworks.org/membership.php.

*Students are asked to provide a copy of their student identification card confirming their current student status.
**All paper presenters cannot register on site. All paper presenters have to register before November 11, 2012.
Non-presenters are also welcome to attend the conference. They are not required to join IAWE, although we would encourage them to do so. The registration fee includes admission to the conference; attendance at all plenary talks, focus lectures, panel and individual presentations; morning and afternoon refreshment breaks. The fee also includes the transportation to Guangzhou, but not, please notice, the cost of transportation back to Hong Kong. After the conference, participants wishing to return to Hong Kong can take the train from Guangzhou East Station, which takes two hours to Hong Kong, at a cost of approximately HKD200. Participants will need to budget for this cost themselves. The on-site registration desk will be open on December 5, 2012.
The optional conference banquet will take the form of a Chinese banquet at a restaurant in Guangzhou.

Your registration and payment will be confirmed by an email.Please keep this confirmation as your registration receipt. For cancellations before November 15, 2012 there will be a HKD380 administration fee subtracted from refunded registration payments.A request in writing should be sent to the Programme Chair. For cancellation requests received after November 15, there will be no refund of registration fees.
