Registration

Registration to participate in the Roundtable is limited and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, make your registration as soon as possible.

Notes:

  1. This rate is only valid if we receive your payment through Paypal on or before 23:59 on April 15, 2014 (UTC+8). You can send us this registration form at a later date.
  2. Students are asked to provide a copy of their student identification card confirming their current student status.
  3. As there are limited seats, your registration will not be confirmed until you get the official confirmation from the organising committee. On-site registration is accepted while seats last.

Registration and fee payment procedures

  1. Please pay the registration fee on this page. The payment will be made via the Paypal system, although you do not have to open a personal Paypal account.
  2. You will receive an email notification from Paypal after completing the payment, containing a receipt number. You will need to quote this receipt number and the email address that you used when checking out at Paypal in the registration form.
  3. Please fill in this registration form and send the completed form to english.event@cityu.edu.hk
  4. You will receive a confirmation from the roundtable secretary once we have processed your registration.

Information on registration and cancellation

Your registration and payment will be confirmed through an official email. Please keep this confirmation as your registration receipt. For cancellations before May 1, 2014 there will be a HKD600 administration fee subtracted from refunded registration payments. A request in writing should be sent to the organising committee. For cancellation requests received after May 1, there will be no refund of registration fees.
